When you are far from home, everything feels harder. You do not have your people around you, the legal system is unfamiliar, and you are constantly scared one situation can impact your entire future. I was going through one of the most stressful moments of my life, and Christopher Rodeman was the first person who made me feel like I could breathe again.
He never made me feel judged or “small.” He treated me like a human being, listened patiently, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening and what the next steps were. Every time I felt overwhelmed, he brought me back to calm with his clarity and confidence.

I was never in trouble in my life until June of 2023. I was looking at 2 criminal felonies due to my lack of thinking of what I could be getting into. 7 yrs in prison was what the sentence was. Presumption", which deems that all the people in the car possess
the seized narcotic. Mr. Rodeman submitted written Motions to the court
contesting the legality of the search of the vehicle. The matter was scheduled
for a hearing and the case was dismissed prior to trial.
